There is a comment link under the blog entry. It will prompt you for your name, email address (note that the email address won't appear on the website) and the comment. We will review the comment before it will appear.

Click on the forum name, the topic title and then "Add Reply" button. Then enter your name then your text. At the bottom, you need to type in the text to match the image, then click the "Post Reply" button.

There is a link at the bottom of every page in the website: "Send me newsletters and updates" (refer link circled in red below).  Click on the link and it will bring up the following page. Just enter you email address and type the text you can see in the image (refer highlighted fields below) and click on the submit button.

Note when ever you receive an email newsletter or announcement, you will always have the option to be taken off the mailing list.
